The renovation of this century-old, distinguished brick building plays a strategic role in the improvement of Chicago’s Woodlawn Community. Characterizing a classic 1900’s architectural design, the three story building features charming balconies which overlook a courtyard, and a decorative wrought iron gate at the front entrance. Each unit features large windows, inviting sun rooms, brick fireplaces, hardwood floors and environmentally friendly amenities.
