A partnership of Brinshore Development, Thresholds and Easter Seals, Inspiration Square is a two-phased, residential campus for people with disabilities, veterans, people at risk of homelessness, CHA eligible households, and workers from the surrounding medical district. Phase I will offer 75 units in a mix of studios, one and two bedrooms in a three-story building that serves as the hub of the campus, and tiny detached home apartments, while Phase II will provide 25 tiny homes. Amenities will include an urban farm, community gardens, fruit orchard with a farm stand, visitor’s lounge, fitness center, business center, on-site parking, outdoor seating with fireplace and movie theater, case management offices, landscaped green spaces, walking paths, laundry facilities, and on-site supportive services. Inspiration Square is located at Damen & 14th Street in the Illinois Medical District of Chicago.
