Sheridan Station Apartments will be a new, multi-family, eight-level building located at West 11th Avenue and Ames Street in Denver, Colorado. The 133 unit development will comprise a mix of 92 one-bedrooms, 29 two-bedrooms, and 12 three-bedrooms, each offering a full kitchen, storage closet, in-unit washers and dryers, cable/internet wiring, and individual heating and cooling control via an Aquatherm system. Project amenities will include an outdoor plaza, community room, media room, fitness center, on-site leasing office, parking garage, bike storage and rooftop amenity space. The building will be constructed to comply with Enterprise Green Communities criteria. Numerous sustainable features and materials will be incorporated into the site’s design, including low-E Energy star qualified windows and doors, LED light fixtures, high “R-Value” insulation, energy Star rated appliances and exhaust fans, low flow water fixtures, flat roof with white EPDM, native and Xeriscape landscaping, and adjacency to the Sheridan Boulevard transit corridor. The site is located just steps from both the station and the regional bike trail that runs through Lakewood/Dry Gulch Park, and offers beautiful views of the mountains and downtown.
