Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grants, Norfolk and Omaha

May 15, 2019 – Brinshore and its’ partners in Omaha and Norfolk received Choice Neighborhoods Implementation grants worth $25 and $30 million, respectively, from HUD.

These grants were two of only three grants awarded nationally this year and will allow for the construction of over 1,000 total units of mixed income housing in total over the next 5-6 years as well as other economic development projects in Norfolk and Omaha.
