The renovation of this century-old, distinguished brick building plays a strategic role in the improvement of Chicago’s Woodlawn Community. Characterizing a classic 1900’s architectural design, the three story building features charming balconies which overlook a courtyard, and a decorative wrought iron gate at the front entrance. Offering a variety of floor plan styles in a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, the apartments feature large windows, inviting sun rooms, brick fireplaces, hardwood floors, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, and environmentally sustainable amenities and appliances.
