This condominium complex is part of the homeownership component of a sweeping redevelopment of one of Chicago’s largest former public housing projects. Twenty percent of the condominium homes were sold to households earning less than 80% of the area median income, providing a critical housing option for workers in the neighborhood’s adjacent industrial district.
