Kathleen Bole

Kathleen rejoined Brinshore Development in 2019 after previously working in Brinshore’s Kansas City office from 2015 to 2017. Kathleen is based in Denver, Colorado and will continue to focus on large-scale, mixed-income developments, including the Kansas City CHOICE Neighborhoods Initiative and the Highlander development in Omaha, as well as future opportunities in Colorado.

Prior to rejoining Brinshore, Kathleen was a Development Manager with Zocalo Community Development where she managed Zocalo’s affordable development initiatives across the Denver metro area. Prior to Brinshore, Kathleen was a Development Associate with Cohen Esrey Development Group in Kansas City.

Kathleen is a member of the Board of Directors for Senior Housing Options, Inc. which provides affordable housing and supportive services to seniors across Colorado. Kathleen also serves as Membership Co-Chair for the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Executive Committee and is a member of Housing Colorado’s Young Professionals Committee. Kathleen previously served on the Leadership Council for Generation Listen KC which is an affiliate of National Public Radio’s initiative to engage and connect with a new generation of listeners.

Kathleen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she received a Master of City Planning degree and was the 2013 recipient of the Brian C. West Award for Excellence in Real Estate Development and Urban Design. During her graduate studies, Kathleen served as a 2012 Mayoral Fellow with the City of Chicago. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Kansas. Kathleen obtained LEED Green Associate Accreditation in 2019.
