Experience

Prior to joining Brinshore, Alison was a project coordinator at UP holdings.  There she worked with various partners to further the creation of permanent supportive housing and affordable residential projects, overseeing several construction projects from closing through completion. Alison has over a decade of experience in the property management field. At The Wolcott Group, she advanced from her role as Coordinator, supporting management operations, to Director of Operations, responsible for leasing and regulatory compliance of LIHTC, HOME, and other affordable housing programs.  

Education

 Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University and a Master’s in Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
