• Provides project oversight during preconstruction and construction phase of each assigned project with coordination between Brinshore Development leadership, Design Team and General Contractor.  Also, assisting with asset management coordination, project closeout and resolution of post-construction requirements. Current project focus is in Texas, Arizona, Tennessee and future regional markets.
• Drew has over 25 years of Construction Management Experience with over $1.5 Billion in total construction deliverables for 38 total Multifamily and Commercial projects completed.  His project experience includes ground up and renovation of high-rise, mixed-use, medical, retail, commercial buildings, data centers, mission critical and municipal projects.

Prior to joining Brinshore in 2024 Drew served as Project Executive for a market rate multifamily development group where his construction teams delivered $320 Million Highrise, Garden Style and Build to Rent projects that totaled under 1,400 Units to market between 2020 and 2024 in Texas and Tennessee. Drew is excited to be with Brinshore because of the company’s commitment to developing living communities with a focus on affordability, sustainability and quality that has made an amazing impact in his home in Houston Texas and expanded vision for future projects in existing and new markets. Drew earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Construction Management. Drew has obtained OSHA 30Hour and Construction Safety Specialist Certification Drew has completed Associated Builders and Contractors, Houston Leadership Program.
