Experience

Prior to joining Brinshore, Earl was the Executive Director for a Chicago-based non-profit housing development firm where he led all company operations including development. Earl previously established the Midwest originations platform for two national LIHTC syndicators and worked as a Relationship Manager and Senior Underwriter within the community development banking group of two global banks. Earl’s prior experience also includes roles as Capital Markets professional with a Houston based national multifamily development firm and as a Corporate Real Estate Manager for a global technology company.

Education

Earl earned his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, a Master of Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science from Lincoln University (Pennsylvania).
