• Michael is responsible for assisting with business development and project management, including predevelopment, financing, construction, marketing, and community outreach.
• He has worked on multiple LIHTC and publicly funded projects across Texas.

Experience

Michael joined Brinshore as a Development Associate in May, 2021. Based in Austin Texas, Michael focuses on the Texas market and the development of  multifamily and senior communities.

Michael brings wide ranging experience in sustainable design and financing to provide insight to the Brinshore development team. Prior to joining Brinshore, Michael worked extensively in the energy efficiency and building technology industry in consulting, business development, and analyst roles.

Education

Michael received a BA in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
