Sarah is a strong believer in the importance of quality, inclusive and affordable housing in all communities.

Experience

Her experience in the industry is extensive and diverse, including work in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit policy, public housing repositioning, and permanent supportive housing. In her previous role with Greystone Affordable Development, she was responsible for securing financial resources and leading each project to closing.  Prior roles also include ones with the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority and Virginia Housing.

Education

Sarah holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and bachelor degrees in business and art history from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the South Carolina beaches with her husband, son and golden retriever.
