- Has closed and developed 1500 residential units and 70,000 sf of commercial space in 20 developments for Brinshore and led five successful Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant applications

Experience
Prior to joining Brinshore, Todd was a Development Manager for CityInterests, a Washington, DC based real estate development company focused on the revitalization of underutilized commercial and transit-oriented urban properties.
Before joining CityInterests, Todd was a Vice President with Bank of America Community Development Banking’s Real Estate Development Group, where he managed the Centerpoint development in Baltimore, an $85million mixed-use development that featured both historic adaptive re-use and new construction and the Parkside development in Washington, DC.
Public Service
Todd is a member of the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute and Neighborhood Legal Support.
Education
A past Fellow at the Center for Urban Redevelopment Excellence at the University of Pennsylvania, Todd also received a Masters in City Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
