Hailey Maggelet joined Brinshore Development’s Denver office in August 2024 as an Assistant Development Manager. In this role, she works closely with the acquisition and development executive team to manage various development-related activities, including market research, project management tasks, and financial analysis for prospective deals.

Before joining Brinshore, Hailey served as an underwriting analyst at Northmarq Capital Finance, a Fannie Mae DUS and FHA MAP lender. In that position, she was responsible for processing multifamily loan information according to Fannie Mae guidelines, preparing loan packaging and reports, and analyzing due diligence and financial data.

Hailey is also actively involved in the industry as the Director of Sponsorship on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Women’s Affordable Housing Network, where she is committed to fostering connections among women in affordable housing professions. Her passion for creating affordable housing stems from her belief that it is essential for community well-being and economic stability.

She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, with minors in Real Estate and Business Economics. This blend of experience and education allows her to effectively manage development initiatives, supporting Brinshore's mission of delivering impactful and sustainable housing solutions.
