• Responsible for all aspects of accounting, including managing accounts payable and receivable, and invoicing.
• Completes special projects, including creating, assembling, and distributing monthly construction draws for various projects.

Julia has worked in accounting, real estate, and property management.

For several years, she was a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, and she also worked for a property management company, where she assisted with overseeing several commercial multi-tenant buildings in the Chicago suburbs.  At the management company, Julia was promoted to the accounting department where she handled multiple financial accounts and provided valuable support to the entire accounting team.

In addition, Julia has managed the year-end accounting for various small business owners.

Education

Julia is a graduate of Saint Petersburg State University in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Philology. She also received an accounting certification.
