Lukasz Dusza

Assistant Development Manager

Lukasz joined Brinshore in June 2023 as an Assistant Development Manager. He believes in using a community-based approach to the build out of housing and is passionate about the revitalization of communities. He has worked on several projects in the Midwest with a focus on the RAD program and Permanent Supportive Housing. His focus has been on the Reclaim Southwest Chicago efforts, which encompasses the revitalization of single-and-multifamily properties on the south and west sides of Chicago. He’s been successful at securing financing and project managing the construction of properties from acquisition to project completion and compliance. He's had a chance to work directly with public housing authorities, non-profit organizations, and supportive service providers to better the quality of the housing stock within their communities.

Before joining Brinshore, Lukasz spent several years working with a market rate developer on mid-to-large scale projects in Chicago and New York. He has also taken part in several internships over the last few years, spending a few months at a time with the accounting and finance team at Frontier Airlines, the internal audit team at Zebra Technologies, and the revenue operations team at Backstop Solutions Group. He currently serves as a board member for his neighborhood organization, focusing on business development and land use planning.

Lukasz holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from DePaul University.
