• Has helped Brinshore secure developments in Arizona, Utah, California, and Texas. 
• Manages all aspects of site selection, local government and community relations, due diligence, and the final approval process.

Experience

Prior to joining Brinshore, Scott was a Senior Vice President of development at Gardner Capital where he originated projects in Colorado, Missouri, Arizona, Louisiana, and Ohio. He has previous experience with a broad range of housing including senior, affordable, supportive and for-sale products.

Education

Scott is a graduate of John Carroll University and holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
